2nd min - HSPU 2 - 10 reps / Handstand hold 15-30s
3rd min - DB Walking Lunges 10 - 20 steps

B. EMOM for 9min
1st min 15 KB Swings
2nd min 15 Box Jumps
3rd min 10-15 Burpees

(10min time cap, scale accordingly)

A1. Back Squat, 3 reps, rest 1:30min
A2. Push-ups, AMRAP (-1)
x3 sets

B. 4 rounds of:
Run 400m
Row

Perform in teams of two, alternating when partner come back from each run. Record time and total meters rowed.
