In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete:
100 Burpees
100 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
100 Box Jump Overs

Split the reps however you like, but the non-working partner must be in "resting" position in order for the reps to count.

A1. Single-leg deadlift, 6-8reps/leg, rest 1min btwn legs
A2. Dips, AMRAP -2, rest 1min
x4 sets

B. EMOM for 16mins
8-12 Alt. DB Reverse Lunge
8-12 Alt. Single Arm Push Press
