
It’s that time of year again to test your fitness with athletes around the world, and share the challenge and camaraderie with the Chikara community!
The CrossFit Open will start on Friday, February 17 and end on Tuesday, March 7th.
The Open WODs will be integrated into regular classes so everyone will have a chance to participate and experience the workouts.
During the three weeks of the Open, a new workout will be released by CrossFit each Friday morning. There will be Rx, Scaled, and Foundation versions of each workout to challenge people of all levels.

Schedule
Open WODs will be done as the workout of the day in these classes:
- Friday 5:30pm, 6:45pm, 8:00pm
- Saturday 11:45am
- Monday 6:00am, 7:10am, 8:20am, 11:15am, 12:30pm
Open Gym times will also be available, but Athletes must arrange for their own judge during those times as coaches may be coaching others during that time.
Note: For regular group classes on Friday Morning & Monday Evening (not Open classes), we will program the same workout.

Online Judges Course
We encourage you to take the online Judges Course. You will learn all the standards required for each movement and the rules to submit your scores and judge others.
